Endangered & Extinct

This event is no longer on sale.

Monday July 10

9:00 AM  –  4:00 PM

Monday, July 10 – Friday, July 14: 9am-4pm
Ages 6-8

What do gorillas, rhinos, and leopards all have in common? These and other endangered animals could all go the way of the dodo if we’re not careful! Find out about extinct animals, both big and small, majestic and wacky. Learn why they went away and how we can keep more species from joining their ranks. How do animals adapt to survive in a changing world? Why are arctic animals so frequently endangered? And most importantly, why are hippos so hungry, hungry?

Camp includes a field trip to the Seneca Park Zoo.

Extended Care options:
•    AM Care 7:45-9am: $20 for full week
